Air Conditioning Tune-up
- Clean coils (as needed)
- Clean drain lines
- Wash or replace air filters
- Check thermostat operation
- Check electrical components
- Check refrigerant pressures
- Measure air temperature at the inside coil
Premier A/C Comfort Plan
For an additional fee, we can provide you with all the benefits of the Annual A/C Tune-up, plus the following services:
- All parts and labor included for service performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
- A 15% discount on the price of any parts not covered under the contract.
