LIHEAP: The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program helps low-income families pay their heating bills. LIHEAP is a grant that does not have to be repaid. In order to qualify for a LIHEAP grant your income must meet guidelines. You can apply online at www.compass.state.pa.us or call the Statewide LIHEAP Hotline at 1-866-857-7095.
