Pennsylvania homeowners can improve the energy efficiency of their homes with special financing and rebates for high efficiency heating and air conditioning, in addition to other home improvements. The Keystone HELP program helps make affordable energy efficient available to all Pennsylvanians.

This special program for Energy Efficient Home Improvements now has lower rates and new rebates as a result of the Commonwealth Alternative Energy Investment Fund Act.
