Annual maintenance is important in maintaining peak performance for your oil burner.  An oil burner tune-up from Young's Home Comfort will help keep your unit running all season long an can avoid those untimely breakdowns. 

Oil/Gas Burner Tune-Up only: $175.00* - Plus the cost of parts.

Service Includes

  • Vacuum furnace or boiler and flue pipe, including chimney base (where accessible) and necessary
  • Inspect combustion chamber
  • Clean and check electrodes and nozzle assembly
  • Replace Nozzle, Oil Filter and Pump Screen if necessary
  • Check all safety operating controls
  • Test and adjust the oil burner for maximum efficiency.
  • Annual tank test using an EPA approved testing technology.
  • $1,000 proactive tank replacement warranty. (Qualified tanks only)

*Note: Maximum time allowed for the Oil Burner tune-up is 2.0 hours.  Additional time required for repairs will be billed accordingly.
